Welcome to LulluBuddy. By using lullubuddy.com and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. Read them carefully. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Basic rules
- You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to enter into a binding contract.
- You agree not to misuse our site — e.g. no false identities, no hacking, no spamming, no reverse-engineering.
- You’ll provide accurate info (shipping, billing etc.).
2. Products, pricing & availability
- We try to keep inventory, pricing, and descriptions accurate. But mistakes happen. If an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs, we’ll reach you to cancel or correct.
- Prices shown may include or exclude taxes/shipping (depending on your location). The final checkout summary is what you pay.
3. Orders & payment
- When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders (e.g. due to pricing, stock, fraud prevention) before payment finalizes.
- We accept payments via third-party gateways (credit cards, debit cards, possibly digital wallets).
- We don’t store full card data (unless you elect to use a secure “card-on-file” service).
4. Shipping & delivery
- We’ll process orders typically within a specified time frame (e.g. 1–3 business days) — we try our best but can’t guarantee exact dates.
- Once shipped, risk shifts to you (except for defects during transit).
- If a parcel is lost, delayed, or damaged in shipping, we’ll assist but ultimately resolution may depend on courier policies.
5. Returns, refunds & cancellations
This is covered in our Refund & Returns Policy (next section). In short: you may cancel or return under certain conditions, subject to our rules.
6. Intellectual property
All content (text, images, logos, designs) on LulluBuddy is ours or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or exploit it without permission.
7. User content
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, etc., you license us (non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide) to use it (on website, social media, marketing). We reserve the right to remove or refuse user content at our discretion.
8. Disclaimers & limitations
- We provide products “as is” (except where warranted). We don’t guarantee perfection.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular use).
- We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages (lost profits, loss of data, etc.) even if we were warned of possibility.
- Our total liability is capped (e.g. to amount you paid for the order) — if that’s not allowed in your jurisdiction, then the legal minimum applies.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country / State]. Any disputes go to the courts or arbitration in that jurisdiction (unless you and we agree otherwise).
10. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll post the new version here and update the “Last Updated” date. If changes are material, we’ll try to notify you (e.g. email). Continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms.
11. Severability & waiver
If any part is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains. If we don’t enforce a right immediately, that doesn’t mean we lose it.
