Refund & Returns Policy

We know returning something isn’t fun — but our goal is to make it fair, clear, and as painless as possible. Here’s the deal.

1. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it ships. Email us at support@lullubuddy.com as soon as possible.
  • If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process below.

2. Returns & exchanges

You may return items within 30 days of delivery (unless we specify a different period for some items).

Conditions for return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, packaging must be intact
  • Include proof of purchase (order number, invoice)

We may refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

If your product is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, we’ll cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, you may have to bear the return shipping.

3. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you (by email) whether the refund is approved.
  • If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (or as your card issuer / payment gateway allows).
  • Shipping costs (original outbound shipping) are not refunded (unless it was our error).
  • If customs, duties or taxes were paid, refunds generally exclude those non-recoverable charges.

4. Exchanges

If you prefer a different size, color, or variant and stock allows, we’ll exchange. You may need to ship the original item back first (or we might send directly, depending on location). Contact support@lullubuddy.com to coordinate.

5. Non-returnable items

Some items are final sale and can’t be returned: e.g.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
  • Hygiene items (underwear, socks, etc.), if opened
  • Customized / personalized items
  • Sale / clearance items (unless defective)

We’ll make non-returnable status clear on the product page.

6. Return shipping & cost

  • For defective or wrong items (our fault), we’ll cover the shipping cost or arrange pickup.
  • For other returns, you pay the return shipping cost.
  • You should use a trackable carrier; we’re not responsible for lost returns without tracking.

7. Damaged & defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence
  • We’ll guide you for return, replacement, or refund
  • Don’t discard packaging prematurely — we may need it for claims

8. Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days, first check with your bank or card issuer
  • If still missing, contact us at support@lullubuddy.com — we’ll research

9. Policy changes

We may update this policy over time; changes will be posted here. For returns, the version at the time of purchase usually applies.
